SSCE REQIREMENT AS SET BY JAMB, ND (MIN. OF LOWER CREDIT FROM ANY SCHOOL NOW!!!), MINIMUM 1YR INDUSTRIAL ATTACHMENT.

With an ND of lower credit and with an IT letter over 5 years ago,can one still apply in taba tech for HND? Thanks
