The World Bank will in 2013 spend over N3 billion to boost the capacity of the youth in nine states to acquire skills in three key areas. The Niger State Commissioner for Youth Development, Mrs. Victoria Jumai Jiya, who made the disclosure in Minna, said the nine benefiting states would support the programme tagged: Youth Empowerment and Social Operation Project, YES-O, with funds
