Maryland Business Plaza set to open June 28
The Maryland Mall, a redevelopment of the popular Maryland Business Plaza mall will open it’s doors to members of the public on Tuesday, 28 June 2016, after a formal opening event which will be attended by the Governor of Lagos state; Akinwunmi Ambode, media and leaders from Nigeria’s business, government, civil society and academic sectors.
The mall seating on a 7,700 sqm piece of land located on Ikorodu Road in the Maryland area of Lagos State will cater to the busy vicinities of Mende, Anthony, Ilupeju, Ojota, GRA Ikeja, Oshodi, Gbagada Phase 1 and 2 to mention a few.
With a total Gross Lettable Area (GLA) of approximately 6,500 sqm consists of 3 floors inclusive of a mezzanine floor. including basement parking with capacity for over 210 parking spaces making it the first purpose built basement parking for an urban built retail centre in Nigeria. Its external façade will hoist the largest outdoor LED screen in Sub Saharan Africa.
It will be home to over 40 shopping outlets ranging from food, fashion, entertainment and more to be anchored by Shoprite, Genesis Deluxe Cinemas and Stanbic IBTC Bank.
