Hausas put on Igbo attires to show love
Against the backdrop of the October 1 ultimatum given to the Igbos by the Arewa Youths to leave the North and move back to their respective states to actualize Biafra, some hausa youths who are pledging for peace have decided to wear Igbo attires to show love to allow for peaceful co-existence between the Hausas and the Igbos living in the North. The agitation for secession has not been this loud since the civil war. Nigerian citizens are calling for restructuring to end the long ethnic divide and promote resource control. The Senate has recently called for the implementation 2014 National Conference Report to douse the rising and visible ethnic tensions in the country.
